Our work depends on our relationships with children & families, and we carry an emotional load in doing our jobs. Reflective Practice is an integral part of our work with infants, young children, and families. It is a set of tools as well as a frame of mind, creating the space to explore feelings, responses, and experiences in the work. This workshop will explore how reflective practices help in navigating our biggest challenges and offer hands-on tools for starting or continuing our practice.
